How ASQ Form Selection Works
- ASQ-3 questionnaires come in intervals (2, 4, 6, 9, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 27, 30, 33, 36, 42, 48, 54, and 60 months), and the child’s age in completed months determines which one to administer.
- For a child born before 37 weeks gestation, check the box above to use corrected age for interval selection, through 24 months.
Gesell Developmental Schedules
The same month-based logic applies to Gesell developmental screening. Age in completed months, adjusted for prematurity when relevant, determines which schedule and norm set to use.
